Kids And Youth Group Lessons
Ski and snowboard lessons for children and teens on Whistler Blackcomb, grouped by age and ability with professionally trained instructors.
Whistler Blackcomb Snow School
Give your kids the best possible start on snow, with lessons built around their age, ability, and confidence.
Choose from three programmes: daily group lessons for children, daily lessons for teens, and multi-day ski adventure camps. Every group is led by a professionally trained Whistler Blackcomb instructor and sized so each child gets the attention they need.
Lessons are catered to give your child the best possible learning experience, matching terrain and pace to their level so they progress safely, build confidence, and have fun on the mountain alongside others their own age.

Why a Group Lesson
Everything You Need to Know
Built Around Their Age
Programmes are split for children aged 3 to 12 and teens aged 13 to 18, then grouped by ability, so the terrain, pace, and coaching always fit where your child is.
Learn While Having Fun
Patient, professionally trained instructors keep lessons playful and encouraging, building confidence and a genuine love of the mountain alongside new skills.
Progress Across the Week
Ski adventure camps keep the same group and coach from Monday to Friday, so each day builds on the last and friendships form while their riding takes off.
What to expect
Children are grouped by age and ability and led by Whistler Blackcomb Snow School professionals, all professionally trained and certified to Canadian national standards. Daily lessons run as full days, while ski adventure camps run Monday to Friday. Lift tickets and rental equipment are not included in the lesson itself, so be sure to arrange both in advance. Our team is happy to help you sort the details before you arrive.
Where to meet and getting started
Lessons meet at the Snow School meeting areas at the base of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. Plan to arrive 30 to 45 minutes early to collect tickets, fit rentals, and meet your instructor. The Snow School Guide walks through meeting points, what to wear, and how to prepare. Most of our Whistler Village properties are ski-in, ski-out or steps from the gondolas, making it easy to step out the door and onto the slopes.
Book your Whistler adult group lesson
Group spaces fill quickly on weekends, holidays, and peak weeks, so we recommend reserving early. Choose Ultimate group lessons or a multi-day ski camp above, or email us at [email protected] and our team will help you plan the perfect days on the mountain.

Reserve Your Child’s Lessons
Tell us your dates, your children’s ages, and their experience on snow. We will match them with the right programme and help with tickets, rentals, and timing so all they have to do is show up and ride.
