What to expect
Your instructor will check in before the lesson to understand your experience, your goals, and any concerns. Lessons run a half day or full day, and all instruction is delivered by Whistler Blackcomb Snow School professionals certified to Canadian national standards. Lift tickets and rental equipment are not included in the lesson itself, so be sure to arrange both in advance. Our team is happy to help you sort the details before you arrive.
Where to meet and getting started
Lessons meet at the Snow School meeting areas at the base of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. Plan to arrive 30 to 45 minutes early to collect tickets, fit rentals, and meet your instructor. The Snow School Guide walks through meeting points, what to wear, and how to prepare. Most of our Whistler Village properties are ski-in, ski-out or steps from the gondolas, making it easy to step out the door and onto the slopes.
